Q. Are you accepting new clients?

A. Yes, we are always looking for new clients and opportunities. You can contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to schedule an appointment.

Q. Who are your typical clients?

A. We handle a wide variety of services to a very broad group of clients. Our typical audit and corporate tax clients range from 3 to 600 employees. We perform audit and tax services for companies with revenues in excess of $200 million to smaller service companies that earn revenues of $1 million. We have provided litigation support for Fortune 500 companies and business valuation services for very large privately held corporations. For individual clients, we perform personal tax returns and financial planning services including estate and retirement planning.

Q. Why would my company need a valuation performed?

A. Our business valuation practice is growing very quickly. A company may need a business valuation for a number of reasons. For large companies, they may need a valuation for a business combination or to value intangible assets due to the implementation of Statements of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS) 141 and 142, a closely held business may require a valuation for the possible sale of a stock interest, estate purposes, or possibly a divorce. With two business appraisers accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ABV Credential) we can provide a proper business valuation for your company or ownership interest.
